Duine is a Scottish charity built around a simple idea: everyone deserves to feel seen.

We provide free portrait photography sessions for people who may have lost confidence in themselves through illness, injury, financial hardship or difficult life circumstances.

Our sessions are not about creating a perfect image. They are about giving people time, space and support to reconnect with themselves, build confidence and see something positive reflected back.

We work in a calm, respectful and welcoming way, with each session shaped around the individual.

Photography can be powerful. Sometimes one image can help someone see themselves differently.
